Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Concei, the community platform operated by Concei ("we", "us"). By creating an account or joining a community hosted on Concei, you agree to these terms. Questions: omer.ozsan@concei.com.
1. The service
Concei provides hosted online communities: discussion channels, courses, paid membership tiers, and AI-assisted publishing and moderation tools. Communities are created and run by their owners; Concei provides the platform, not the content.
2. Accounts
You need an account to participate. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
3. Community owners and payments
Community owners pay Concei a flat platform subscription. Concei charges 0% commission on member payments: payments from members to a community owner are processed by third-party payment providers under the owner’s own account, and that revenue belongs to the owner. Refunds for community memberships are between the member and the community owner, subject to the payment provider’s rules. Platform subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Member subscriptions
Paid community tiers renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, access may be restricted until it is resolved.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant Concei the license needed to host, display, and distribute that content inside the community you posted it to, and you grant the community owner the rights needed to run their community. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post.
6. AI features
Concei includes AI agents that draft content and assist with moderation. Agent-drafted posts are published only after the community owner approves them and are labeled as AI-assisted. Moderation decisions can be appealed inside the product. Processing content through these features may involve sending it to the AI providers Concei uses, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Concei for anything illegal, to harass or defraud others, to distribute malware or spam, or to violate the platform safety rules enforced across all communities. Community owners may set stricter rules for their own communities. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Termination
You can leave a community at any time. To delete your account, contact omer.ozsan@concei.com and we will remove it. Owners can end their platform subscription, which ends hosting for their community after the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Concei is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid Concei in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for content posted by users or for decisions community owners make.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use Concei after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
